Discipline
- Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year's performance of the students. Hence regularity in attendance and work of students is imperative.
- Attendance of the students on the first day of reopening and the last day before closing is absolutely necessary.
- Irregular attendance, unjustified and unexplained absence, habutual late coming, disobedience or objectionable behaviour of any kind may result in the removal of a boy from the school.
- It is compulsory to attend School on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month for the Morning Secgtiion.
- School property, wilfully / damaged or destroyed will have to be made good. In addition a heavy fine may be imposed.
- Use of unfair means in nay examination will result in the annualment of a student's entire term results. A boy who renders unfair assistance to another is equally culpable and will therefore share in the punishment.
Parent-Teacher Meets
Parent-teacher Meetings are arranged periodically after the assessment tests and answer scripts are shown to discuss the total performance of their wards.
The Modern Academy is one of the very few schools in this metropolis where the teacher-student ratio is optimal giving scope for close monitoring of the all round development of each student. A student here is not just a face in a crowd but a distinct individual for each teacher.

Fees & Other Info
Parents are requested to ensure that all fees and dues are cleared before an examination, failing which a candidate may be debarred from appearing for the same. Late of Rs. 50 will levied if the above mentioned fees are not paid in the time between the 15th of each current month. If is are not paid for consecutive months a late fee of Rs. 250 will be charged. A defaulter for more than 2 months will have to pay a re-admission fine of Rs.1000.
